called about a property she listed today as I was interested in renting. She was very condescending and acted very annoyed and how dare i call her on the same day she listed a property. she is rude, unhelpful, and will not let you apply for a property if you do not tour it. I am a very busy person. If i see a place i like online I apply for it. The market is crazy right now and the longer you wait the property is gone. Do not bother calling her. She is rude and disrespectful and condescending. I will NEVER recommend her to anyone.

Very bad service and very rude. Had no knowledge of the market and made ton of mistakes which cost me money 

We are Tenants of one of the property that JACKIE has. There was no option for reviews for “tenants” so i put buyer for an option to proceed on this.

First and formost, i dont even want to give JACKIE PORTER even 1 star for this review because she doesnt deserve any star. For other people said she is nice, you might be lucky, but she is not that nice and PROFESSIONAL as you they think she is but we are not that blessed having her as our property manager.

Starting this renting process year 2018, our realtor helped us to find a house to rent for the mean time during our preparation buying a home. In the first month of our lease, she already showed us an weird unprofessional attitude. But thats the 1st time, so we thought she might that busy so we ignored it. On our lease we have 3 times water leak issues and took that for almost 3 months to resolve. How she handle us is replying our text messages “OKAY”. What is that okay means? Second issues regarding Bees and beehive inside wall of the property and she wants us to take care of it. We called 3 different pest control company and told us its the owner’s responsiblity and we can break our lease because of bees specially we have infant with us. We are nice people so we ignored, keep our door closed entire year.

Here is the CRAZY THING,
Our lease ends soon and we did not renew our lease because we bought a house. We follow the moved-out paper and take care of everything we need. She confirmed and scheduled our walk-through appointment. After awhile we are supprise that the owner came over show up and chance to meet him on our walk-through. We are all waiting for her. After 10min JACKIE is still not there and contacted her where she at, and told her that we are all waiting. Then she texted us that she is not coming and said JUST DROP OFF KEYS. She called and told her the owner is there waiting for her because we have appointment and she was shocked that the owner showed up. Already messed up, waste all our time, waiting WITHOUT EVEN NOTICE THAT SHE IS NOT COMING. Yet, she had her OWN TIME TO DO HER OWN WALK-THROUGH WITHOUT US AND SHE DIDNT EVEN TOLD US. The owner together our realtor did the walk-through make sure nothing is broken or damage, everything works perfectly and professionally more cleaner than we moved in.

JACKIE IS DOING SHADY STUFF AND ITS UNACCEPTABLE.
-SHE DIDNT SHOWUP ON OUR WALK-THROUGH APPOINTMENT. NOT EVEN PROPER NOTICE OF TEXT OR EMAIL NOTIFYING US FOR NOT SHOWING UP
-SHE DID WALK-THROUGH BY HERSELF WITHOUT US
-SHE DID NOT GAVE ANY PAPER WORKS PROOF, MOVED-OUT NOTES ON BOTH PARTIES TO SIGN
-SHE TOOK THE RECEIPT OF OUR CARPET CLEAN WITHOUT TELLING US
“IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR TENANTS?” THIS HOW PROFESSIONAL YOU ARE?” REALLY????

After our walk-through together with the owner and our realtor, she told us what is her concern of the property which is cleaning the microwave vents, and sides of the stove. we email her regarding the issues for completion together the photos of accomplishments and expecting our full amount deposit will be return to us, AND SHE AGREED.

Pickingup the check and she took $100 WITHOUT ANY ACCEPTABLE REASON. Its only $100 but, why are you taking $100 for? She is charging us for garage floor, we asked her for her notes and our document has nothing for any additional charges.
Im willing to pay $100 but the problem is there is none. She is really desperate to take money. She shouldve ask for it and im more happy to give it to her. But im still not giving her a tip because she is not nice, not even taking care of us. Taking money because she doesnt have anything to charge us.
SHE IS STEALLING MONEY.
TAKING MONEY WITHOUT PROOF, AND EVEN RECEIPT.
SHE IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AND NOT SHOWING ANY PAPERS, SO WE DID. CLEARLY DOCUMENTED AND IN WRITING.

I hired her as a property manager to help me manage couple of my rentals. Unfortunately she neglected the property and the house was a mess. I also didn't receive rent for several months. Money was missing and she lied.
